Sijainti on erinomainen pääkadun varrella. Kävellen pääsee joka paikkaan. Alakerran pubi on erittäin suosittu kunnon brittipubi, mutta melu ei huoneeseeni kuulunut, paitsi öisin kadulta. Ikkunat hyvin eristetty. Huone hyvä ja viihtyisä. Perusasiat kylppäri, sänky ym. hyviä. Tykkään tuollaisista vanhoista rakennuksista. Menen ehdottomasti uudelleen, jos käyn Rochesterissa. Aterioista en osaa sanoa, sillä English breakfast ei kuulu suosikkeihini. Lähistöllä on lukuisia muita ruokapaikkoja.
