A very pleasant stay : very nice room but a couple of points of issue; whilst trying to close the blind it fell off - and we had to survive the night without a black out - it was fixed very quickly next morning ! No toilet door! Not too pleasant not have a door to the loo. Restaurant was very slow, but the wine bill was picked up by the hotel so ended well : plus the staff were working very hard. All in all nice hotel. Recommended

The location was great although using the sat nav from the hotel website sent us around in circles when a few minutes from the M6 should have been our location instead we spent over an hour trying to find the hotel. Lovely large room with a very comfortable large bed. The shower was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to The Harvester & Burger king taking approximately 30 minutes but lovely on a nice evening.
