If I have to say one nice thing about this place, I’d say it had a roof.

if you want to lose yourself and enjoy time with loved ones,...
if you want to lose yourself and enjoy time with loved ones, family or friends just book it. the hotels and the staff look after you so you can enjoy the experience and your company. I've been twice now at 2 locations and its one of those places that I couldn't tell you without really thinking much about the actual place, however, I remember the feelings and memories in the hotel and that's why it's so memorable the details then fill in. Not many places you can say that about. Hopefully that makes sense :p
I have booked a romantic day with my wife we tried several times to change date - the staff took several days to respond called left a message to ask for an update to change of date was showing as available when i selected the change date after 3 -5 days was informed unable to change ended up losing my money and not having a stay felt like my money was stolen by the hotel with no care for customer
Great place, beautiful location if you want to be rural. Nice walks nearby, and a cute farm shop! The room was lovely, and very different to the norm. We stayed in the garden house (a short walk or drive away) which was very nice, but we were only informed of this after booking.
The hotel, gardens, bar and restaurants are beautiful, and the Thai meal was amazing!
Breakfast was basic, service unbelievably poor, the room was on a main road junction despite it being an expensive suite in a countryside hotel, no facilities in suite to make a hot drink and room service didn’t show up despite calling and ordering!
Really beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff were very helpful. We ate in the Thai restaurant, the food was really good although a little pricey. We stayed in the garden House which was really nice. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.
If you are attending an event at the Crazy Bear Hotel you couldn't pick a better location. It's walking distance so you can enjoy the evening there and go back to a comfortable and very clean room
Nice Quirky hotel, Staff are very attentive, Great food & drink in both restaurants & bar. Suites are large & luxurious. Working Farm & Farm Shop is a nice touch.
The quirkiness of the hotel and location. The garden house was exceptional not forgetting the bedroom suite. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
