As I had booked the room for a birthday surprise they organised some flowers for the room after I had sent them an email to see if it was something they where able to do. Then when we arrived they had decorated the room with balloons as well as an added bonus.

Lovely big room and ensuite with bath, very welcome after a long hike. Attentive young man gave excellent service whilst running the bar and restaurant! Breakfast was fine, no frills but good enough.

The area is quiet and rural. Easy access to Norwich and surrounding areas. The room was lovely. Enough space for two friends traveling together. Self catering. Good facilities: access to a kitchen with space to sit and eat. Good shower, hot water and plenty pressure.

The birthday gift setting for my Partner was excellent. It was meant to be a surprise to her but turned out to be a surprise to both of us by exceeding the expectation. The Lady who received us was an Angel, The room was clean, bed comfy and sauna and experience was epic.

Our stay at this lovely place was everything we could have hoped for and more. With plenty of activities for children, including a nearby park, amusement area, and a short walk to a sandy beach, boredom was never an option. The convenience of being just two minutes away from a pub and the club house added to the overall enjoyment. Plus, the fun fair and main Hemsby attractions were within easy reach. We're already planning our return trip, as this spot has everything needed for a memorable family holiday!"
Cottage was spotless and had everything we could ask for.
Cottage was spotless and had everything we could ask for. Bed was comfortable and my wife loved the rolltop bath. The cottage is down a private road and is very quiet, the village was just a 15 min walk away and the Ferry Inn does very good meals. Plenty of wildlife in the area, the perfect place if it is peace and quiet you are looking for yet the ideal base to tour the broads.
