I liked everything about this property. First of all, the view from the window is literally the same as in the picture. Whenever I entered the room, I went to the window to enjoy the view of Westminster Palace at any time of the day. Of course, an additional advantage is the location - in the very center of London, right next to the bus stop, from where you could get to, among others, directly to the Natural History Museum. Another advantage is the cleanliness of the room and its equipment - the room was cleaned every day even though we did not signal such a request. Very nice and competent staff. Another advantage for me was the need to book the gym and swimming pool in advance - thanks to this, they were not crowded and I could use them freely and not fight for every place. The booking process was also easy (it could be done in person or via the application). Another advantage of this facility is breakfast and a hotel restaurant. The breakfasts were very varied, full of vegetables and fruit, traditional dishes, all of the highest quality. Thanks to our stay in this place, we spent a wonderful long weekend, for which we are very grateful. Whenever we are in London, we will definitely stay here.

In the Hallway there was a Jig Saw puzzle of London. It was very nice & Interesting. One wall had decal of cherry blossom tree with birds & butterflies, which I have in one of my rooms at home.

To be honest it was horrible for me.... Bedroom was at best awfull, blinds didn't work, had to make do with dirty pillow from a sofa, no sheets and an old bed cover.. luckily it was warm so I slept in my clothes!.. the guy who met us at the property wasn't really up to speed with everything and if he was we struggled to understand him....
I'd pre booked two rooms...one was ready the other not! So my friend got a room he didn't mind, mine was a tip! Facilities... Ok, bathroom shared with residents.. but it was clean! Downstairs kitchen was HUGE but obviously shared by the live in long termers.... Lounge was part of this and ok but basic!
