I stayed outside the new location for about 10 minutes waiting for a guy to open the door for me. I had my luggage with me. Thank God nothing bad happened to me in that dark night(11pm). The new room was dirt and not up to the standard. It smells bad. Then he lock the door on me while I was inside. He refused to give me the key. He said he would come back in the morning. He was so rude

The location is great, right by Victoria station. It is a very simple, clean hotel, perfect for a solo traveller. I booked their Deluxe single room, the bathroom was clean and renovated. The room although tiny was functional and clean as well.
