Hotel very relaxed, staff very helpful and friendly
Best were the views of Loch Tay.
Easy access to Pitlochry, an hour's drive.
Local people in Stron-fearnan were friendly and helpful.
Best eating place was in Aberfeldy at the Schehallen hotel (spelling is wrong!!)
The Courtyard in Stron-fearnan served good bar food and was dog friendly.
Scenery was second to none! Trees arched the roads completely, so beautiful!
We felt a car is essential.
A beautiful part of the world, not to be missed. Lots of amazing wild life. Red squirrels are gorgeous! Was lucky enough to see a golden eagle.
Go to Fortingall and see the Yew tree. 5000 years old Yew tree. Our late Queen has visited.
We really enjoyed our stay.
