Its a great location so you can walk around the broads.

Already reviewed. From others reviews it is obvious that there is a big difference in the room allocated. Some are quiet, others over pool room or overlooking patio drinks area. Thin walls are definitely a common problem as many mention noisy functions, we ate our dinner to the noise of a group practising next door. Staffing appears to be a problem as the manager said two people had only started that day and had not yet been trained.

We loved Sutton, we visited Happisburgh beach, it’s amazing especially for dogs. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, if you needed anything then you just had to ask.Our ten month Reggie loved it. I would recommend y0ur company does not use this hotel it damages your reputation, I have used you many times in the past It maybe a long time before I use you again. The location of the hotel was excellent for days out around...
The location of the hotel was excellent for days out around the broads, We went B&B but had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant, where the food was excellent.More than enough parking at the hotel, and some nice walks along the river.JohnUnited Kingdom
