This is my 4th stay at Townhouse No 1, but my first stay in The Pier room. This place beats any other local accommodation, hands down, for comfort, facilities and value for money. The beds are so comfortable and I always get a good nights sleep. The additional kitchen facilities are superb.

Our sea view room was fantastic and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. The staff were so helpful and very accommodating to us. Hoping that we will be visiting again once our son starts at University.

The location was fantastic, the receptionist was very accomadating in checking us in a little earlier than first requested so we could leave our luggage and the room itself was very comfortable. It was a last minute booking and it was a very easy process for a quality night stay over.

Comfortable caravan, nice and clean. Stayed in Borth as our son played golf at Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club. Weather wasn’t the best so perhaps we didn’t see the best that Borth has to offer.
