It was close to the Cathedral which is why I booked it. I loved the history of the house and grand but homely feel of the place. The breakfast was delicious and I would recommend it especially with the added mushrooms. I had tofu, roast tomatoes, spinach and large field mushrooms on sourdough. You don't have to be a vegetarian to like this!!

This recently converted 200-year-old original mill house is located on the banks of the river Exe in Exeter.

Room was clean and spacious. Temperature was easy to control. Even though it was at the front there was no noise from the street. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.
