Not much. Out dated decor, no elevator, it was like a rabbit warren.

No breakfast. The location was very central and only about ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.
The room and bed was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities. It was peaceful despite facing a busy road. The Wifi worked well.
Set in 10 acres of mature parkland, the site is situated on the edge of the village of North Runcton, 1.5 miles from the Hardwick roundabout where the A47, A10, A149 and A17 meet.

The pod was clean. Had everything so simply you needed. A kettle, microwave and a fridge. And some storage. My children were especially impressed with the tv that had Netflix on. The pod also had a BBQ and a bench outside. I’ve been camping / glamping lots and the washroom facilities are some of the best I’ve seen. Also so clean!

We were very pleased with the B & B the host were great and made you so welcome, there were tea and coffee along with filter water in the room, the room was clean with on suite bathroom, bed was very comfortable.
We had a full English breakfast along with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast with home made jam and hone.
Plenty of room to park round the back.
It was close to Kings Lynne for a evening meal.
We were very happy with everything and looking forward to going again

Lovely visits to Castle Acre Priory and Castle; Castle Rising; Oxburgh Hall and Sandringham House. Lots to see in the old town of King's Lynn, and not too far from the beaches at Heacham and Hunstanton.
Tilney All Saints is a very small village but there is a Co-Op in the next village, and it is near to King's Lynn. The hosts can advise on visits, restaurants, deliveries from take-aways etc.
