Disappointed not to be able to have hot drinks on room service.
Breakfast was delicious but service poor, the staff were clearly short and we had to ask several times for decaf tea to eventually be told they didn't have any. I had to go abs find someone for a coffee top up.

The Jugged Hare is a 'pub'on site and we had the best Sunday roast we had had in many a long year, Hotel was satisfactory and responded well to remarks on some small points.

Staff were extremely welcoming and hotel was ideally located close to the DLR/Underground. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and had everything required for the short time I was there.
