A beautiful castle overlooks the high street, a lovely river walk close by, near a beach and only 7 miles from Alnwick. Absolutely beautiful place to visit or stay and the perfect base for the whole area.

Love Warkworth. A beautiful village.
Love Warkworth. A beautiful village. The castle was magnificent. Was disappointed that the hermatige wasn't open though. Beach stunning and bus easy to catch to Alnwick. There are two lovely shops selling reasonably priced unique items. The most dog friendly place I have ever been too.

Warkworth is a lovely place but the main street is quite steep. However, most of the lovely shops are customer friendly. the castle is worth a visit and there is a lovely walk by the river. We loved Grays and The Potting Shed. We ate at other places so cant recommend any in Warkworth but we especially enjoyed the Italian fish restaurant { Carlini? }in Alnwick.
Our room overlooked Warkworth Castle and was set back off the main road making it the perfect spot to explore the town and within easy walk along the river to Amble and it's lovely quayside.
Food was amazing everywhere we visited in town and although we didn't eat in the hotel, the food looked nice and the bar was lovely and friendly staff made us more than welcome

Communication with Linda was timely and efficient. The house is in a great location, easy walking distance to both Warkworth and Amble. Very friendly comfortable stay, would definitely stay at Morwick House again when we are next in Northumberland. Thanks Linda for your hospitality.
The area is super cute. Not alot in actual Warkworth , but Bertrams for breakfast and The Masons for dinner has everything you need.
The decor is lovely in the flat and a well kitted out kitchen and hot shower.
Excellent WiFi and a perfect little snug/ dining area for working at.
Quiet location , a short walk to Warkworth castle and the riverside.
Spotless ,bright accommodation.Lovely welcome gift of homemade scones with jam and clotted cream and cake .
Well equipped kitchen , nice decoration throughout.
Dog friendly .
Lovely hotel close to places we wanted to visit. Clean comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Sharon. Magnificent choice of breakfast items. We had an evening meal on 3 occasions and the food and service were outstanding
The location with free parking was fantastic . The breakfast was delicious , great choices .
We also had a meal in the evening from the menu ,
Would definitely stay again .
Warkworth Castle, a couple of minutes' walk is well worth a visit .
Excellent location. Very quiet but close to Warkworth and the beach. A very spacious property and the kitchen/conservatory and mezzanine area was an excellent family gathering and relaxing area.
The (full English) breakfast was delicious, also the vegetarian variant. Warkworth is a charming, tiny village almost surrounded bij the river Coquet and an impressive castle-ruin.
