We arrived at 2AM ABSOLUTELY exhausted.
Trisha & Matt could not have been more friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
In the morning, we had to dash off before breakfast, so they incredibly kindly packed us a couple of breakfast bags to eat en route.
The location was PERFECT, as it was en route beteen Warwick Uni and the M40 South - so we didnt have to go out of our way at all.
They suggested and organised a quiet room, which was exactly what we wanted.
It was a very good price, and yet the service and facilities were a cut above our usual Travelodge stays.
Could not recommend highly enough !
Just outside Historic Warwick, This 4 star Hotel is the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is perfectly located to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Birmingham.

Excellent, on the first morning we stayed we had to be away first thing, so the very helpful lady running the breakfast service gave us a brown carry out bag and the assisted our young 8 year old daughter to get some pastries and spread, was very stressful morning for us made so much better by the attention given by your great team. Following day sat down for our breakfast in easily the most relaxed eating environment of any hotel we have ever stayed in, breakfast exceeded expectations well cooked great presentation and wide variety of choice for all.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer

Nice place.
Nice place. Unfortunately I was there for just a night and a day spent in the Castle. We ate at the only place open at 7 pm, a pub in the main square, quite expensive, I took a beef meat dish, quite good but with too many potatoes and poor in vegetables, as per description. My friend took a sea bass dish and she liked it. The town seems quite modern, I expected an old little town..
Next day the Castle. This is quite interesting even if with too many reconstructions and restorations. The external location is beautiful and has interesting points to be seen, as the towers. They made many types of attractions in order to engage visitors. The interiors show many rooms of recent periods, enriched by wax figures in period clothing.
All quite expensive in my opinion. I think a family spends too much if you include everything, from accommodation to entrance and parking tickets, also because they also charge children aged 2 and over.
In any case I enjoyed my little trip.. Except the weather! But I'm Italian and so I.m a little spoiled on many subjects.. :)

Did Warwick castle the day we arrived ( as gaining entry to accomodation wasn't 'til 15:00 ). Excellent VFM. Paid extra for the Dungeons.
Bit of a walk from the car park ( altho' courtesy bus available ) .
Easily spend the full day exploring/watching free shows .
Would try to avoid peak times- w/e's- and school hols if you are not taking children.
Good base. We spent a day exploring Stratford ( if you do that make sure you visit the Butterfly Farm-it's epic!! ).
Warwick centre is good for pubs/ restaurants etc- lots of choice but a lot close during the week so choice then is very limited.
The location, facilities, staff and room were excellent. The hotel was in a great location, near the M40 and to Warwick/Leamington Spa. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The pool and wellness facilities were great for kids and adults. The room was well proportioned with good space for the extra kids bed, it had a nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Overall a very nice stay, we would happily come back.
Hotel was convenient for visiting Warwick Castle as we could walk the short distance without taking the car. Staff were very obliging and helped us out when we had problems with working out how the coffee machine worked in our room. As we had a court yard room, we were able to sit outside our room undercover, which was a blessing, considering it was very hot weather. Breakfast/Dinner was ample/good.
The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean with a large modern bathroom. The beds (two twin) were also very comfortable. The location within walking distance of the Castle and other shops was very convenient. Having a good restaurant in the hotel was wonderful.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful. The room was modern and clean with everything you need. The breakfast was big and very tasty. You are in the heart of Warwick with access to everything and a car park is right behind the hotel which I fairly reasonable if you can’t get in the small hotel car park.
The hotel satisfied all my expectations. I found it clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional. The hotel was walking distance to the Town Center and Warwick Castle.
All in all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
Many thanks.
Convenient location for our visit to Warwick hospital which was a few minutes drive away. Also waking distance into Warwick town centre. The accommodation was a self contained unit so suited our needs rather than a hotel as it had plates and a microwave etc
Location of the hotel was ideal. Right in the center of town and in front of the castle. The host was very helpful when it comes to parking as the parking at the back of the hotel was full and she was making every effort to help find alternative parking.
Cleanliness. Beds very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Lounge and restaurant very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay again when next visiting Warwickshire. Taxi company hotel advised were very efficient .
Central location in Warwick. The hotel is split into two buildings: we stayed in the building in front of the pub. Very quiet. The pub (were you have breakfast) is very nice and the staff very friendly. Also very good breakfast.
The host is very welcoming and friendly the property has a lovely air about it cosy and peaceful couldn't ask for more with the room. It's situated in a perfect place I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Warwick
Lovely family run hotel, who couldn't do enough to look after us. The rooms we stayed in have recently been renovated(Rooms 4 and 5). There is plenty of car parking space. The centre of Warwick is within easy walking distance.
Hotel was easy to find straight off the M40. Handy having a McDonald's opposite and not far from Warwick Castle which is where we were visiting. Hotel was fine, as expected, no frills pay for what you get.
