Lovely quiet location, great hosts, really good faculties in the lodge. It was lovely to walk around the grounds and we were close to Hereford and a wealth of lovely places to eat.

Michael was extremely welcoming, coffee & cake on arrival, helpful information on local attractions & knowledge. We asked for an early breakfast (which was delicious) & he was happy to oblige.

Breakfast 'in a bag' was really good but at the point of booking we had expected a proper breakfast.
Undergoing refurbishment and promises to be a very nice property when it's done.

I was in the area for work, I didn't get to explore at all I'm afraid. However, I'd say to come to the area if you're looking for a countryside getaway - the malvern hills are nearby, as well as other walking trails through some lovely countryside. My drive here was gorgeous, I thoroughly enjoyed it (all fast country roads, no traffic from Telford). Hereford looks like a nice town to visit, Leominster is tiny and doesn't have much to see, I'm told. Didn't get to visit either!
