Breakfast was very good - we just went simple though. The owners, Izzy and Peter were super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer if our schedule worked. It is in an older building but recently reworked.
Booking.com made a mixup on the credit card. I gave them the card and it seemed accepted. The host was not paid and asked about it and I found a note on my confirmation that the location did not accept credit cards which was not true. Izzy handled this very well - friendly question before our departure and all resolved, they took ours. I blame Booking.com

Great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great location for visiting Exmoor and surrounding locations...
Great location for visiting Exmoor and surrounding locations, lots to do and see, plenty of walking, lots of nice pubs and tea rooms. Dunster beach is great for the dog, even in Summer, and Dunster town is lovely with the castle and some nice shops . Minehead is also close and we would recommend Withypool and Exford. Beautiful scenery and a walk up Dunkery Beacon is a must.

The property and surrounding area was amazing.
The property and surrounding area was amazing. We especially liked the huge glass doors/windows in the lounge which gave a spectacular view of the landscape. Lots of lovely walks available. The rooms in the house were big and beautifully furnished
Closed in garden at the back good for the dog. Baby had lots of space to practice his new walking skills :-) . We went to the local pub .. ‘rest and be thankful’ for Sunday lunch . Delicious carvery . Worth a visit. Added a photo of the view from the house
