The staff was SO nice, very responsive to messages, and easy to get ahold of if they weren't in the office. The downstairs all day tea/coffee thing they had going was great. Our favorite was probably the very varied breakfast that included fresh vegetables though! Amazing, would love to stay again.

Staff was excellent and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Great centralized location, especially in March when it is really cold, and a long walk in the cold is not even possible. Lovely view over the harbor. Observed boat "rush hour" every morning at breakfast.

Breakfast with amazing view is definitely bonus to top it all. Internet wise is just over prefect in term of speed wise. If ur active on the net, theres no issue with connection except for the television but otherwise no one really watch it.

I miss Ilulissat and the beautiful people there already.
