We arrived late in HER airport, so we choose this hotel because of not far away from airport, half board, beach, can see sunrise. We had dinner in Yamas restaurant which has nice seaview. The dinner was small portions like street food but the view and atmosphere was great. The beach-Psaromoura is just just downhill, clean and calm. Staffs were friendly, WIFI stable, price worthy for half board.
Just 492 feet from Agia Pelagia beach, Alexander House Hotel features an outdoor pool with a shallow area for children, a restaurant, a main bar and a snack bar.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more.

I booked this hotel because of attractive price and good guests comments. The hotel is located in county side with scenery view. There are several nice beaches and cliffs in this area. It’s better to have a car to drive around.
The staffs do multiple works, friendly to guests. There are activities in the evening. The food in restaurant is fine but som dishes are outstanding and tasty. They cook food by heart. I can see all guests are smile. The hotel pleases guests very well.
The Seaside A Lifestyle Resort - Adults Only houses 3 a la carte restaurants, a spa, 2 sweet-water pools and 3 pool bars. Due to its elevated position, it offers panoramic sea views.

A small town in the bottom of this gorgeous bay.
A small town in the bottom of this gorgeous bay. There is a small promenade along the beach. Lots of taverns and with small souvenir shops and several minimarkets. There is even a diving and boatrent centre, so lots of watersports.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023 celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we were upgraded for free to a suite (Room 805). We chose the all-inclusive package which included all meals in buffet style, as well as draft beer, house cocktails, and wine. Name brand alcohol was available for a fee. Plenty of Greek food as well as options for picky eaters. 2 pools, but only the upper one has a bar for all-inclusive. The bar at the ocean level swimming area is not all-inclusive. There is a bus that runs round trip from the hotel to the center of Heraklion about every 1 1/2 hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Agia Pelagia is a great strip of beach compared to others we stayed at. Vibrant little town. Snorkeling is as good as it gets with those planks of seafloor, you'll gets crabs 10 or 15 species of fish and even octopi. Also for snorkeling do not miss Paliokastro next door, and beautiful beach.
Everything was great. Close to the beach, a store nearby, very helpful host! The more accurate location can be found on google maps under the "Sun by sea". It's in a very narrow street called Agias Galinis (which is not marked on the map :)) behind the store, across the car rental company, the second house on the right with some black metal fence parts.
If I come again to Agia Pelagia I'm staying here for sure. Although I stayed alone it's very comfortable for up to 4 people.
The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The kitchen was also well equipped and the air conditioner was working really good. The pool was very big, clean and offered many sunbeds with umbrellas. The staff is amazing and the whole hotel area is just pretty. There are many plants growing fruits and vegetables and we were allowed to pick some figs and grapes. I can recommend this hotel and would choose it 100% again if I would go on another trip to Crete.
The location is excellent. The hotel is on the beach. It has its own pool, sunbeds and bar.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable. They have large terraces with a view of the sea.
The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.
Agia Pelagia is a picturesque place. It is located in a bay, which guarantees that you will be protected from large waves and that you will always be able to swim.
The apartment is very modern, it has automated air conditioning, very comfortable beds, very large bathroom, large balcony, and it was the best accommodation during our stay in Crete (the only one where we actually got to sleep thanks to the automated thermostat).
It's close to the beach, restaurants and shops in a very quiet area.
There's a public parking space (2 euros / day) 2 minutes away.
Excellent home, great for our family as we had plenty of space. Swimming pool and beach is a drive down but we had a hire car. It’s hard to get to place in Crete, unless you’re in a hotel without a car. Simos was excellent at communication and extremely helpful before and during our stay. Extremely hospitable! The pool staff are SO friendly and the food is great!
Family resort with friendly atmosphere and own swimming pool, good and quiet location not far from Ligaria & Aggia Pelagia beach, restaurant with nice outside terrace, Nicolas (owner) is experienced grill master and his souvlaki was delicious - best I've tried in Greece. Nicest and most comfortable place with the friendliest atmosphere we've tried in Crete.
Awesome new house with beautiful view, all 3 double rooms with private bathroom, great swiming pool and outdoor kitchen. The house is well designed and modern.
The mid-week cleaning and bed linen change was greatly appreciated
Thank you Vagelis for your kind welcome and helpful tips.
We really enjoyed staying at the Agia Pelagia Villas (Hara)
This truly is a 5 star hotel!
I got a good impression already from check in, very professional and pleasant staff.
The place itself is a gem, absolutely beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Very good breakfast. Amazing room with infinity pool and oceanview.
Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.
Very nice rooms. But our room was on the top floor and about 5 groups of stairs.
No view. Small but nice pool. We had to cancel because we couldn’t easily climb the stairs. The owner graciously refunded our room and was very kind. Lovely public beach 2 minute walk. Cute little town.
We had a great stay. Agia Pelagia is a lovely place with great beach and amazing restaurants. The house is 5-7 min walk to the beach. Super clean. The hosts were very kind, responsive and always reachable. The apartment has a/c in all rooms which was much appreciated in the heat.
The hotel is in a great location, excellent service and very clean. the breakfast and dinner were great. the restaurant owner gave us breakfast to go for the next day since we were departing in an early ferry and would have missed breakfast; it was a very nice gesture.
Nice place, not to close to the sea but in 900 m walking to the beach and to Agia Pelagia Village. Hotel is not luxurious but has everything to spend a nice holiday, there is a view to the sea from pool teras , delicious breakfast and helpful personal.
The room was spacious, clean and the view was amazing.
The hotel had a private beach that is really just to spend a day relaxing and having nice drinks (which are not offered in the all-inclusive).
Breakfast is decent but the same every day.
George and his mother are gems of this place.
It is more about atmosphere and hospitality rather than hotel itself - you will feel like at home.
Good location, close to the beach, room is well equipped and clean
Would love to come back ❤️
Breakfast was ok. The area was very good. The host Ilias was very very friendly and helpful, it's the best host i've ever met at a hotel. Anja was also very friendly. The familyroom was very big even the balcony.
Quite literally one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are always keen to help and they will adapt anything for you i.e. diet etc. We could not have been happier.
All inclusive was the right choice, even tough we skipped lunch. The staff are the Best, very friendly and helpful team from top to bottom. Makes you feel with your own family. Chrissy thanks so much.
What a beautiful place! Dreamy to arrive after traveling there by bicycle. Great staff in the hotel and restaurant— beautiful view from our room and enjoyed delicious meals! A lovely pool, too.
Everything. The facilities and room were top notch. The service and hospitality were some of the best we have experienced. The on site food was some of the best we have had in all of Greece.
The owners of the hotel instantly made you feel like family. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to take care of us in any way possible.
