The house is managed by a nice family. It is a spacious studio with all facilities that are needed. It even has a washing machine which is really a plus. I would rate the cleanliness 10+ thanks to Spyros mother. Spyros was waiting for us on arrival and he has put in the refrigerator water, jam, butter, juice, wine. Enough bread for some days. He even brough a plate of figs. The house is located in the center of the village where there is a mini market and a bakery shop. On the east side the closest beach is Notos beach at Panorama restaurant just 1km from the house. Then there are Kalami and Boukari beaches. Mesongi beach is 9.6km away and we have visited every two days as there are many nice bars and restaurants. On the west side there are Marathias,Lakkiess, Issos beaches. We enjoyed very much the stay there.
Offering a restaurant, Pension Elena is located in Boukari. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a balcony with Ionian Sea views....

It was great to have a swimming pool, a small private beach and a couple hotel restaurants, as the hotel itself was quite far from civilization. The signature carrot cake definitely left an impression too, so did the staff who were all extremely kind (especially at all the restaurants and breakfast area). Only on the last night we found out that you (probably) don't need a booking to go to the rooftop bar for a drink - recommend to try it out as it has great views :)
