Location is fine, but breakfast is really just to say that it exists. Property itself is also fine, but in my opinion it's to expensive for that what it offers (even with last minute "discount"). Hosts are really kind.

We loved our overnight here! A lovely place - and wonderful staff. Niko greeted us so warmly and was very helpful with our bicycles and bags. Had the best sleep we’ve had in weeks and the breakfast was delicious— especially all the fresh fruit and good coffee.
