I was met with a friendly welcome at reception and the staff were helpful sharing recommendations and advice for my short stay in Igoumenitsa. My room was clean, well equipped with fridge, TV and a balcony overlooking the ferry port. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. It was an easy short walk from the hotel to the bus station and also the town centre. The castle is also close to the hotel and is an excellent viewpoint. I recommend this hotel.
Angelika Pallas Hotel is conveniently situated opposite the new international port of Igoumenitsa, allowing easy access to Corfu and Italy, and just a few hundred metres from the Egnatia Motorway.

The location is perfect since it is right in front of the entrance to the port to go to Italy. It has a safe parking behind the hotel and the staff is very helpful and very easy to communicate all the time. There are cafes and restaurants all around the hotel.
Situated in the area of Nea Selefkia, near the town of Igoumenitsa, The Village offers a traditional tavern and a big garden with playground. All its rooms enjoy free Wi-Fi access.

I liked the warm and friendly reception. This is a family run hotel and I quickly felt that my prescience and needs were valued as if a member. The breakfast and meals were well prepared and served with personal care. It is well located in a quiet square near the centre.
Centrally located in Igoumenitsa, right on the coastal road, El Greco offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and unobstructed views over the Ionian Sea.
Surrounded by lush greenery, Camping Drepanos is located at the sandy beach of Drepano. Featuring a restaurant and a snack bar, the property has accommodation in tents.

I recommend a visit to the Archeological museum of Igoumenitsa. This museum is excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff and an amazing collection including exhibits from a recent exploration near to Igoumenitsa. Igoumenitsa castle is worth a visit. It is close to the town centre and an excellent viewpoint for the port area as well as being well preserved with informative signage. Walk along the promenade from the ferry port towards the beach. Rent a bicycle and cycle to the beach. Order souvlaki and a beer from the street cafes along the promenade.

The city is a typical Greek city dependent on sea trade and transport. It also has nice beaches but the harbour as hub for the surrounding islands of Corfu and other islands like Paxos in the Ionian Sea, and therefore there is a lot of sea traffic on the water as well in the city as the main motorway leads from Igoumentisa to Thessaloniki.

I liked the fact that everything is within walking distance.
I liked the fact that everything is within walking distance.
Caught a fairy to Corfu and spent the day there also.
If we had a car it would have been so much better but was too scared to drive on the wrong side of the road being from Australia lol.
The thing that was a disappointment was the fact that there are step’s everywhere and if you are disabled there is no chance to get in and out of shops etc…
Foot paths were uneven and too many stray cats and dogs.

We used the Hotel as a stopover during our holiday, we were using the port as a point of transfer over to the island of Corfu. The hotel and location cannot be faulted. We found a small taverna within 50 meters of the hotel where we ate for the evening.

I always pass rapidly through Igoumenitsa.
I always pass rapidly through Igoumenitsa. This time there was a port strike and I was forced to stay two extra days and nights, and I discovered it is a very nice town. Probably I will always spend the night there again when I pass through. I can recommend the restaurants Ambrosia and Navtaki (near the fantastic Holiday Zigos hotel) and -- in town -- the small fish restaurant Palio Limani. I would also recommend the Archaeological Museum, which is full of interesting objects and very well presented and organized.
Incredibly friendly staff made my stay enjoyable! I was upgraded on my arrival to a room with a kitchen. AC worked perfectly which made hiding from the heat and sun a lot easier. The hotel is a little further away from the city but excellent distance to the Port making things really easy. I visited the beach and the staff lent me a bicycle to get there.
Get the full breakfast!
Thanks to Nick and his family we had a memorable stay in Igoumenitsa. The property is easily accessible, clean, airy, and a perfect place to rest well. The mosquito nets allow you to keep the doors on 2 balconies open overnight. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those that like to prepare meals themselves. Two supermarkets in near proximity are quite handy.
Really friendly hosts. Greek spirit and hospitality. It's everything there you need and it's clean. I don't unterstand the critics in other reviews since this is 1 Star Hotel.
P.s.: The wifi is one of the most stable and fastest I'v experienced at hotel up to now. I'm working remote.
This is the right place if you just have to spend a night in Igoumenitsa and do not want to spend too much on a hotel. The hotel is literally value for the little money you spend. Very friendly staff, and the restaurant has good food. Bur don‘t expect luxury accomodation
We arrived at 11 pm at night and we got upgraded to a bigger room with a terrace. The room had everything and a big terrace that you could use, The hotel is next to a lot of cafes to get something for breakfast. The hotel is right next to the ferry terminal.
Great instructions, great welcome, great base for taking the ferry early in the morning. Bed, toilet and a mini kitchen. When we will come again to Igoumenitsa for sure we will use it as a stop over just not to sleep in the car.
We had a nice room with a small balcony, not a great view but nice and comfortable! It also has a small kitchen with a fridge. It was five minute walking from the city center of Igoumenitsa, with free parking down the street.
Grate location close to Igoumenitsa town it’s beautiful town and beautiful people,, thank you for the owner I lost my car keys he helped me alot,, thank you to haris and Steve great guys,,I will definitely coming back again
I liked location and staff, rooms very clean. It is not the best hotel you can find but for what you need in two or three days of staying at Igoumenitsa it is ok. Price ok also. The receptionist were very nice and friendly.
Newly refurbished room. Absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean. The host was so accommodating. We artist midnight but they were there to meet us in no time. It felt like a luxury hotel. Perfect location.
Thank you very much for hosting us at Thirsty Urban Port Studios. Elina was a great Host and the Appartement was very cozy, clean and welcoming. Perfect for a stay in Igoumenitsa.
100 feet from Port. Hotel had good air-conditioning , need due to high humidity in the area. For the price, it was awesome. The interior were unique and highly decorated.
Extra clean and beautiful rooms, have a closed car parking, so if you are traveling with motorcycle it is the hotel to stay safely with you bike.
very friendly owners.
Fair hotel, very clean, very responsive personnel. It has everything you need for a good rest.
They also offered us a jar of olives that were simply delicious.
