Excellent hosts with a smile on their faces and always happy to assist. We had our plan on what to visit and where to eat, but they provided us with a map of the area and very good restaurant choices! Very clean room and very nice Mountain view from it.

Could have settled in here for much longer. The 5 room house is the perfect refuge with incredible views from cobblestone streets and newly renovated furnishings. Kateryna and Christos both took care of our family and included a wonderful breakfast. In the afternoon we could order refreshments, ice cream, toasts, hot dogs etc. for tired kids after hiking the gorge. Distant noises from a couple farms down the slopes blend in with the birds and the breeze. Right at the trailhead of the path down to the spring or the hike to Monodendri. Nice spot to read a book with a coffee or a beer and just be away from it all.

Beautiful friendly village, perfect base for outdoor adventuring. Very tiny, be prepared to bring what you need with you. However, there is a small cafe which does a great coffee! We travelled by car, so I don't know how easy it would be to access by other transport. Hiking, white water rafting, picnicking at the river, horse riding and discovering old ruins are top of my list of favourites for the area.
