As we were a bit disturbed by the noisy aircon, we were changed without issues to the suite where this problem was less present.

The location. It is central and the front of our balcony is a taverna with sunbed and umbrella AND the entire street is lined up with tavernas, sunbed + umbrella (no cost, only purchase a drink or something), coffee shops, supermarkets.
The property was exquisitely clean and sanitized. Also, it is safe. Left our belongings and the things were secure.
Also, the owners are well managing the property. The great grand dad who is 91 years old is very hands down greeting us and very sweet.
