Our stay was exceptional. The property and staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful. The bar/restaurant on site was fantastic! We ate breakfast and 2 dinners at the restaurant because the quality was so impressive. The property is close to other beaches, but our favorite was probably the private beach within walking distance. We originally planned to bring our children but ended up just the two of us, the property is ideal for either scenario. Next time we will likely rent a car or scooter, as taxis were a little sparse in the area. We will definitely be back!

I really loved the location. It is remote, between olive trees. It is Very quiet. It has a pretty big private yard and a nice swimming pool. I also loved the cootage house. Everybody is very polite and helpful.

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

Teresa is an amazing, caring host, and nothing was too much trouble for her and her husband. Perfect place for our holiday. It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car, although getting a taxi was easy. Visiting in October lots of places were already closed.

Lithikia is a lovely, tranquil area of Zakynthos, rich with trees, olive groves and flowering shrubs. The villages are small and quiet with very friendly people. Given it is not even 10 mins from Laganas, it is a real peaceful oasis.

Great place to stay with lovely tavernas and excellent beaches nearby. I will definiteley be returning. Went to El Greco restaurant which was packed every night - mostly with locals which is always a great sign. Loads of trips available from nearby beaches to go turtle spotting, swimming with turtles, trios to the shipwreck cove and many more

The service was very hospitable and friendly as after the check out they let us stay in the pool of the hotel and the room was cleaned every day. The area outside the room was really good as well with good facilities too as it had sunscreens and an aid kit for the customers . Lastly the price was fair and equal to what you are paying for. I would definetly visit it again next year !

Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.
