I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was beautifully decorated in a cozy traditional style with a beautiful mountain view from the balcony, and a comfortable sofa to relax. Bed was comfortable, room temperature was easily controlled. WiFi in the room was good. The food was some of the best I've eaten in Greece in the 7 weeks of travel here within the last 6 months. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking far surpassed the tourist restaurants in popular places (which I try to avoid, but it's sometimes impossible). The owners were super lovely people, and although I couldn't speak Greek, we worked everything out just fine. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and has a panoramic view. I stepped out the front, walked across the street to find the goats as I heard their bells. I spent some time sitting with the goatherd and petting his dogs for a while. Idyllic! I wish I'd stayed there longer!

We were visiting relatives in Kandila but stayed in Levidi and the hotel is in a lovely small town in a forested area and has the feeling of a chalet. The breakfast was moderate but varied and very good. the balcony had a lovely view and the rooms had a sitting area with a fireplace, separate bedroom and bath. We had a lovely stay here.
