Parikia is a good place to begin your travels of Paros. it is a convenient location to base yourself in as there is a bus terminal that allows you to take a short ride to Naoussa and surrounding areas. Overall, we preffered the small village of Aliki for a longer stay, as it was quiter and had a more relaxing vibe. The beaches in Parikia were not overly special, and I would not advise staying here if you desire luxury scenery. If you wish to visit the nicer beaches, definitely hire an ATV. Parikia used to be the black sheep of the family concerning Paros villages. Eveyone told me that Naoussa is the best place to be. I beg to differ. Paros has come under a big progress restaurant wise and is one of the few greek islands where you can have so many options in dining, especially italian. The only thing missing from Parikia is a bar or club where people can dance all night. It's the puzzle piece that will complete the upgrade.

You wont find a decent restaurant even tho there are numerous ones to choose from .......... I have been to numerous locations in Greece and so i can speak from experience. Rent a car in advance because there are 30 taxis on the island. The bus worked well, however, they had a schedule that sometimes did not work for everybody. Restaurants in Parikia are not all not good and it depends on what are you looking for.PEDRO HUELVASUnited States

A bright, clean and cozy room with a great location and of course air conditioning in a hot region like Paros. But what made our stay so special for us was our hosts. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made everything easier for our stay and on top of that, they also turned our two day visit in Paros to a better experience with their recommendations. For those who are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend you to pay attention to their restaurant recommendations :)

Instead, they offered us a lemonade with a view of the sea. The room was excellent with a splendid view of the sea. The hotel is super close to Marcello beach and also to the port of Paros. Its location allows travel of a maximum of 30 minutes by car to the most important tourist attractions such as Naoussa and Lefkes. The staff is super attentive and the hotel has a restaurant with good options and fair prices.

The host Elena is extremely friendly & helpful with anything you may need. The location is perfect, step out of the front door and into the local alleyways of Paros filled with shops, restaurants and cafes. And only a short walk from the ferry and to the bus stop. Great value for money. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
