Lovely location, lovely and friendly helpful hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable. We hiked around and the trails are beautiful. The view is stunning. Breakfast is simple home made. Both Tania and her husband are very welcoming. WiFi is good.

We stayed at a very nice room with amazing view from the balcony at the front porch. The room had everything we needed and even more while it was very nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable as well! The breakfast offered was simple but really good. Last but not least, I have to mention the very kind and pleasant hosts of the guesthouse. Definitely a place to visit again!

We chose this hotel because it’s located on the beautiful beach Lagomandra with the natural shade and perfect sand and crystal clear water. Perfect for family stay. The room was spacious, we had everything we need, two tvs, two bathrooms etc, spacious balcony with the sea view. The complete hotel area is well organized and clean. The food was great - a lot of variety, I can say that we couldn’t get enough of sweets:) We had 4 days of bad weather but our kid spent time in the hotel playroom (outside and inside) and there was a lot of other activities planned for kids with the animators. The staff is so friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. What amazed us the most is WiFi coverage and quality- we had wifi even on the beach!

The hotel is placed on top of a hill with a beautiful panorama view over the sea. It has beautiful palm trees gardens, nice room terraces to enjoy the view and the garden. You need the car to go to the beach. The breakfast was amazing, almost close to a brunch as a menu. Very diverse, everyday something new was added to the menu. The pool clean, large enough to accommodate easily 20 people - plus the view over the sea staying at the pool a true pleasure. The hotel is pet friendly, and the gardens around the hotel allows for morning and evening walks in the shadow - the dog loved the hotel too. The staff friendly, careful to offer the best service, even making on request cocktails and snacks - the food overall pretty decent. A must visit of the city center of Neos Marmaras - 5 minutes drive from the hotel.

The rooms are sparkling clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking and it is in a quiet area that has very nice tavernas. I had a room that was overlooking the sea very nice to arrive with a pink sunset. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I loved 99% about this place, the only thing I didn't like was that the beds were hard (but some people enjoy that). The host was gracious enough to allow early check-in as I arrived several hours before planned, and he also allowed late check-out while I was waiting for my bus. The host also always offered to make coffee, ouzo, traditional Greek sweets, always offered to listen about how your vacation is going. The rooms are small but very quaint, offering everything you need on a summer vacation. Refridgerator, airconditioning, blinders to keep the sun out. There's a double bed and a smaller children's bed so you can bring someone as well. There are no cooking facilities, which personally I didn't even need. The hotel is located inbetween the town center and the beach, a very pleasant walk towards either is guaranteed!
