It was cheapest place we could get on booking in a direct vicinity to Prasonisi, there is a great cafe just next door where we ate good breakfasts and also came once for a glass of wine in the evening. We ate mainly in Prasonisi some Greek fast-food during the day and had dinners after surfing in Kattavia. As we spent most time on the penninsula and then in the restaurant afterwards, the place was ok just for sleep.

In two words - Just WOW!!! Everything was perfect, the private pool in the room, the private beach, the breakfast.
