If what you’re looking for is location, this place has it in spades. The view from the balcony, the sunsets… did I mention the balcony 😊?
The staff were helpful and pleasant, and always willing to be of assistance. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared (we could hear eggs being fried and scrambled on entering the breakfast room!) and included hot (eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold (bougatsa, spanakopita, yogurt and honey, cereals, fruit, bread etc) offerings.
We had room 118, which though spotless, was a bit on the small side, especially when two large suitcases were added to the mix! Having to climb a narrow flight of seventeen steps which curled to the door (like a stretched out spiral!) made things a bit tricky, especially while having to lug a couple of suitcases.
The pool bar offers a basic menu (club sandwiches, a couple of pasta dishes, salads and pizzas) all freshly made to order throughout the day. It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed (we went in early May, maybe too soon in the season?) though for those wanting the exercise the town of Sivota is a 10-12 minutes walk downhill (25-30 minutes back uphill after a hearty meal!).
Parking is available onsite on a first come, first served basis. There are about 10 spaces on the Reception level and another half dozen or so further down, but these are of difficult access.
In terms of value for money, we could not be happier, but for a 4-star the rooms should be roomier and access both to the flat and to the hotel a little less tricky.
Would any of this stop us coming back? Absolutely not, but we’d ask for a ground floor next time!
Set right on the beachfront, the 5-star Prima Vista Boutique Hotel & Spa comprises a swimming pool with a separate kids' pool. There are several beach sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach.

A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries.
There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter.
Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town.
Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
Wow... this was (by far) my best hotel experience in Greece: incredibly stylish, clean and comfy for a three star Hotel. Filakas is nested on Syvota's best spot: the hill that overlooks village's lovely harbour. Rooms are modern, clean and cozy, bathrooms are very well-finished and perfectly equipped... and our rooms had a nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. Everything in the Hotel runs smoothly and nicely, from the parking lot to the breakfast... frankly I never had anything like that, in Greece, for 73.5 euros per night.
Well, basically everything. The complex is located 5-10 minute walk from the village and there are lots of beaches nearby (10-15 minute drive). There is a leaflet inside the apartment which describes each beach (i.e. if it's deep, rocky, etc.). The apartment was absolutely amazing and clean. Konstantinos was a fabulous host, he gave us lots of tips so we could make the best of our time there. I definitely recommend Oikies high living complex for either a couple or a family vacation. We will go back there for sure.
The resort was the kind of place you could relax and enjoy your time with your family.
Our room was nice and we felt like we were at home, it also had all the necessary equipment.
The staff was lovely and friendly, I have been in many places but the people in Domotel were so nice and easy to talk to.
The view of the hotel was incredible and the beach area was cozy and private.
The hotel looked like an oasis and generally very clean.
The hotel is nice, with a small but nice beach, good breakfast.
The location is 1.5 km from the city center on incredibly steep streets and access on foot is impossible.
There is also no working restaurant in the hotel.
So for lunch and dinner you have to travel to the city center.
There is no cooking facilities in the rooms.
Only on the beach there is a bar that offers sandwiches during the day.
Firstly, the friendliest host Kostas!
He keeps the property in perfect condition and makes certain his guests are happy and get value for their money.
Spotlessly clean place, great distant views of the sea and surrounding hills and excellent tranquil environment for relaxation.
One of the very best places I've stayed in Greece.
Thanks for your great hospitality Kostas! 🙂👍
The host was very nice, smily and helpful :)
The room was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day, so you can stay for long periods of time as a family.
The parking is beside the villa.
The villa is steps near the center but it is not noisy.
The nearest beach Galikos Molos is within 10 minutes through the Path of Love.
Will definitely stay again.
Strongly suggested.
The location was amazing, close to two beautiful beaches. The view from the hotel, the swimming pool and our room's balcony was stunning! We loved the premises, everything was beautiful, surrounded by lovely flowers and trees. There was also a little path to the sea! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!
Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, situated conveniently close to all major beaches. The room was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and care. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available. It's undoubtedly the best service I've received in Greece so far.
1) Swimming pool was amazingly clean and the sun beds were extremely comfortable for an afternoon nap.
2) The location was amazing and just 300m away from the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple.
3) internet (WiFi) was really reliable and available all around the property
Spacious rooms with lovely balconies overlooking the harbour. Parking was available right behind the hotel. Staff kindly provided a laundry service. Good access to the town and not far from some excellent beaches.
I was clean, nice room, super view. Easy communication, perfect location. Good value for money. We stayed only one night but defenetly is a place where to stay for the whole vacation in Syvota.
Great view, great location, extremly quiet, private beach, 5 min. to Syvota by car.
Great host, very helpful.
I never seen apartment, pool and yard this clean enywhere in Greece.
Amazing and kind host, comfy bed. 1 minute from town and from the port. The most amazing experience in Syvota as a whole - what a gem, yet not overcrowded.
