This was easily our favorite accommodation during our two week stay in Greece. It is a beautiful building and our room was designed very well. It is just above the village and our balcony had a wonderul view of the billage and surrounding hills. The buffet style breakfast was very good and included some special treats (pancakes and French toast). A short walk takes you into the village where there are numerous hiking trails.

Arachovitika Kalivia is located at an altitude of 3117 feet, near the village of Karyes. It offers accommodion with views over Taygetos Mountain, and has a traditional restaurant and a snack bar.

Free roaming dogs, cats, lizards and horses...you either love them or you hate them. We loved them. The host is a very interesting and welcoming person. The ambiente is simple and nice. Very relaxing, like making a small time travel.Breakfast is good.
