If you're in Honduras for work, that's one thing; but, if you're there for tourism, there's really nothing outstanding to see or do in Comayagua or Tegucigalpa - it would be better to go to La Ceiba, San Pedro Sula, Copan, or Roatán.

Property is old. furniture in the room is in poor condition, the windows in the room had missing screens and improperly installed windows leaving a gap where insect could get into the room.. The room is over priced.
The pool, restaurant .and the outside is beautiful and well landscaped. The people in the restaurant are very friendly and attentive. Unlike the front desk...

A beautiful, safe, welcoming city.
A beautiful, safe, welcoming city. Lovely parks, restaurants and bars. The Museum of Comayagua is a must-see. The cathedral is magnificent, and boasts the oldest functioning mechanical clock in the Americas. I think that the new airport (XPL, which has replaced TGU for commercial traffic) is going to make Comayagua a destination for more and more travellers. Well worth a visit.
