This is an apartment with the advantage of being very close to the port. The host couple was very friendly and came to pick us up when we could not find the way to the place because of the road work. The landlady presented us with home grown figs. The bedroom was possible to cool from the kitchen which means that during the sleep there is no cold draft towards your bed and you are not disturbed by the clima lights and sound.

Aparthotel Pecic was a great home base on the “Makarska Riviera” for us to explore the seaside. Just a ~90 minute drive to places like Dubrovnik and Split, Imotski, and 45 min from Makarska. So many great beaches within easy access and free parking was a great plus.
The town of Gradac is charming and relaxing with some great restaurants - including our fav recommended by the Aparthotel staff. My husband and I stayed here for 12 days after our wedding, and Sladjana was such a delightful and generous hostess during our stay. She even retrieved something we left behind and sent it back to us in Sarajevo.
The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was great to have a kitchen for meals. We also had a lovely balcony.

The area was lovely, very quiet and off the tourist tracks.

It was windy so we couldn’t go kayaking or swim much sadly and neither beach bars had any bikes we could hire. We did walk around the Lakes however and it was lovely to see local birds and wildlife and lots and lots of fig trees plus olives, kiwi vines and numerous other fruits and veggies growing in abundance.
