The host was kind and friendly: she met me to show the house, explained everything (she speaks english well), and asked about my needs. Apartments were very clean and like new, perfectly functional and awesomely stylish. The mattress of the queen bed was very comfortable, I slept like a child. There was even a place to store my bike and the possibility to use the washing machine. I would definitely return to this beautiful place for a good rest! :)

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! Loved the color combo and the look of it. Everything was very clean and brand new. There is a small terrace for 2. All of the basic cutlery was available, as a toaster, kettle, pans, dishes, etc... We also had some beverages and snacks given in the apartment. Aurora - the person who welcomed us, showed us around and gave us excellent restaurant options and what to do around Žminj and Istra. Free parking is provided in front the apartment as well. A lovely little place to stay if you wish to explore Žminj and all of Istra. Was a wonderful stay!¨

Such a magnificent place! Very charming interior with some antique furniture, stone walls and a large fireplace, surrounded by a beautiful garden. It's even nicer than the pictures. Very well equipped, tidy and cozy. We only stayed for one night but hopefully we will return soon.

Nikolai and Theressa were very kind and helpful and so greeting and welcoming. Their house is beautiful with beautiful garden and good view. The breakfast was very tasty and special everthibg served was home-made. The bed was huge and the private bathroom very big and well designed. We had a extraordinary and good experience, perfect hosts!
