We were hiking Camino Sibenik and this property was right on the trail. Very convenient for hikers. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tea. The host could not have been more accommodating and friendly. He helped us with directions and recommendations and he could not do enough for us. The property was immaculate and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you are going to Donje Polje or the surrounding area you must stay at Villa Tea.

The staff is extra welcoming. The spa is absolutely wonderful, we reserved and hour for ourselves and came out pure zen (the finnish and steam saunas were dreamy). Breakfast very delicious, more than enough. Spotlessly clean all around. Looking forward to visiting again. Especially during the advent in Sibenik!

The hotel is right on the marina, in the heart of the small and charming village of Privic Luka. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner Filip is very knowledgeable about the area and Croatia in general. I learned a lot with him.

Every single aspect of our stay in Spongiola was exceptional. The hotel has everything you need and more. (Haven't seen the indoor pool, though, because there was really no need.) The staff is wonderfully accommodating. It's a relatively small but well-staffed hotel, so you receive a near-royal treatment, starting with getting you to the private parking on the shore, ferrying you to the island with a boat (which you take you back to the shore basically at any time), having beach loungers reserved for you, providing fresh beach towels or drinks on the beach... The fact that the beach is right in front of the hotel makes life easier if you're with kids. The room (suite) was large and very clean, nicely though slightly old-fashioned furbished, and the mattresses were really comfortable. All common areas are clean and nicely furbished, too. Breakfast was (only) good, but dinners were regularly great, even for kids.
