Generally: helpfull, friendly and customer oriented staff - this was actually the best part.
Restaurant: nice wide choice, largely based on local gastronomy, tasty, lots of fruit and vegetable as well; it has an outside terrasse (where smoking is luckily permitted and you get a company of little sparrow birds as a bonus :-))
Room: maybe a bit worn down, but still can do OK for **** level, very comfortable large double bed.

I liked the accommodation in general, Csilla (the owner) was really nice and she was very helpful during our arrival (we arrived quite late, after check-in hours) and arranged it in a way that we could get in our room, no matter the late hour.
The hotel looks fairly new so everything is nice and unused. It is also very close to the spa.
Overall, we were satisfied, the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Quiet hotel, well run and clean. Very low price for the room with breakfast included. The environment is a little dated but the place is pleasant.
Excellent restaurant with low prices, home cooking and excellent Goulash, the best I have eaten in Magyarország in 17 days!!!
