We were returning home after our family vacation and needed a stop over on the way. This place is just a few minutes away from the M3, in a really quiet spot. Congrats to the owner, everything was spotless, brand new, the beds were comfortable and we really jad a good rest.

Well, I never rated 10/10 any places before. Now I must make an exception.
I think registering all our personal data is a stupid (international) rule and I'm sure it goes against the GDPR, but the staff was operative at arrival.
Our triple room was prepared and extremely clean.
The mats are highly comfy, pillows of good quality.
Spotless toilet and bathroom.
Food at the restaurant is tasty, servings are huge.
The location is nice, next to the main road, but not noisy thanks to the green area.
Lots of toys available for kids upstairs, that's caring for yours guests.
Covered parking lots available.
Very very good price for a stay in Nyíregyháza area. We paid less than 40 Euros for a triple.
I highly recommend Napkelte panzió to any traveller.

We were two adults and two children.We did not know what to expect but the room was very spacious, the beds were good even if they are on a spring system.

The place is very central to downtown and the bus and train station. I had a room on the top floor which was quite hot. The window did not have a screen and I was worried that a bird could fly in during the day and in the morning. I was told the management would only turn on ac after a certain date? That's understandable but they might want to think about buying stand up fans in that case. 🤔

Upon arrival, we did not find anyone from the staff at all, only after half an hour, teenagers appeared who do not understand any language except Hungarian. Unfortunately, they did not help to understand all the conditions of staying in this hotel. So in the morning we couldn't get the separately paid breakfast, so we left hungry. Perhaps this establishment is designed for local travelers only.
