We've stayed before at the property in the refurbished/new section, and it was okay. This time, we were given rooms in the main building (where the restaurant is) and these rooms are old and untidy.
It's a shame - the property has a lot of value otherwise and it is well organized.

Due to super heavy traffic, we lost 1 hour on the road and were going to arrive after 9 pm. We contacted the hotel to explain the situation, and the lady in charge was super kind and decided to wait for us until we arrived, even though her shift was over. It's a modest hotel but very clean.
