Had an amazing stay at Amed Permai home stay. They just opened so everything is brand new. Spacious rooms and great facilities at a very decent price. Super nice staff and owner family. Plus a great breakfast in the morning - loved it and would always come back!

The villa was gorgeous from the outside and inside as well. Super cozy and intimate. Everything was super clean and the bed comfortable!

Brand new gorgeous private villas with lovely pool and fabulous staff. Breakfast was yummy (nasi goreng with fresh fruit). Highly recommend.

What a view! Exceeded my expectations. Restaurant, accommodation and pool area overlooked Lean beach. 1 min walk to beach which was directly across road. Staff friendly and helped organise scooters, taxis etc. The male staff had very good English. Food was very good as was the included breakfast (poached eggs were good not the banana pancakes) A few Warangs near accommodation but if you seek a little more night life you will need a scooter to get into Amed. Accommodation was clean, rustic, tasteful hut - only 2 of these (no hairdryer, or safe) No pictures of these on booking.com. There were a couple of other rooms these are pictured on booking.com.
