room is very clean. though classic room is an old room. swimming pool is too small for such a huge hotel. has no changing room and washing room. too packed. Hotel has plenty of kids zone and facilities for kids to enjoy themselves with affordable prices. breakfast was not as expected. time consuming to queueing on the egg station and all seems dry and cold. spacious breakfast area with limited stalls and rows for caterings. overall it's a fair hotel. nothing more nothing less.

I dont like it at all , Im sorry i have to give bad comment Coz i never been this bad experience, first of all i didnt get the room because isnt showing and the reception Said its got shifted because they update the price But they charge me and deduct from my card , so i pay for nothing , Coz until now i didnt get refund second the staff there like doesnt give a shit about me , there is no solution at all, he ask me to call customer service of booking.com and cs of oyo like wtf,Why Im the one need to call that like waste of my time, i Really tired and i wanna go rest after long trip , But there is no solution then i have to go back to fine the room for me
