We stayed one night at the Aloha guest house. We had a nice room with a good view on the waves at the surf spot just in front of the door step. Bunga was really nice and helpful and gave us a good price to rent surfboards.
The room is equipped with an AC and a basic bathroom. From the balcony just in front of the door you can sit an watch the waves or enjoy the sunset.

Nice place directly on the beach! Due to the climate everything got kind of damp, but rooms were made up every couple of days. Board and scooter rentals are available and the owner goes out of his way to help in any way possible! Try their cooking (fresh fish) if you get a chance!!!

When I arrived at Salty Dogs I immediately felt that I wanted to stay here longer. Aryf and his family are really great people who do everything they can to create a good vibe. Nias is a great place for surfing for beginners and advanced surfers. I ended up staying 2.5 weeks and will definitely come back. Thanks Aryf!
