It's a really beautiful small village, the people are super friendly and lots of places to visit. The home stay is comfortable with a really nice big bed and one of the biggest bed covering mosquito nets I've ever seen, which was a life saver as the property isn't fully closed and it rained during some of the days.
The breakfast was really nice and in the garden, I would just have to sit outside reading a book, enjoying the garden and it would arrive super quickly. Thank you!
Home owner was really helpful, and replied very quickly to my many messages! Thank you for recommending the beautiful walk down the rice fields, felt super safe walking around on my own and everyone I met was helpful.
Featuring free WiFi, Ti Amo Bali offers accommodation in Penebel. Kuta is 32 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.

Everything was amazing! The staff are so welcoming, helpful and warm. The food was all freshly prepared with love. The breakfast overnight oats was delicious.
So nice to wake up two mornings in the tranquility of the rice paddies and be able to step in and walk about there.
I had a massage and it was also so great.
The swimming pool was perfect for a dip after trekking the rice paddies. But no need to even go to Jatiluweh as the rice paddies at the hotel are so beautiful
Thanks to Ellen and her team for a beautiful stay.

Tepi Sawah is a peaceful and magical place. It is the perfect antidote to the hectic chaos of Ubud or Kuta. It is a little piece of authentic, magical Bali not far from Ubud.

everything. The owners are really sweet and will make your stay really pleasant, they will take you around to show you their Rice field which is beautiful and so quiet. We slept like babies for me the geckos and frogs were like a rice field orchestra. Food also was really good and fresh with affordable price. They also organised for us the scooter. I can recommend this place 200% , just wish it could have been available for 2 nights.
Featuring garden views, Saridevi Ecolodge offers accommodation with balcony, around 34 km from Tanah Lot Temple. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

Best accommodation we had during our whole Indonesia trip. The staff gave us a tour around the farm and harvested loads of mangosteens for us ;)
Just a lovely place, incredible view, delicious fresh fruit.
Best place on Bali!!! Definitely recommend!

This is such a beautiful hidden place in Bali. Paradise, in the middle of the rice fields. Surrounded by a lot of tropical fruittrees, edible and medicinal plants. Good local food and amzing people ❤️.
This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money.
This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access.
The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc.
The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while.
He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

The region of Jatiluwih is known for the beautiful rice fields. You really have to make a tour through these rice fields by walking. We did the bicycle tour, but without electric bike this is not recommended, because of the very hilly course at the end.
We drunk a cup of nice Balinese coffee and ate a delicious pineapple pancake in the village and we noticed that everyone there is nice, helpful and relaxed. We love this place!

Peaceful! Beautiful place for retreat.
Peaceful! Beautiful place for retreat. Plenty of organic fruits to eat. You can laze around and visit places at your own pace. No other mode of transportation than renting a car, though. Would have love to have a local public transport.

Beautiful rice terraces with well-signed walking paths that let you enjoy them thoroughly. There are a number if restaurants with a great view over the rice terraces. I chose the pricier one called Gong Jatiluwih. The food was very nice and the view excellent. The place also has an ATM

Outstanding views of very large rice terrace area.
Outstanding views of very large rice terrace area. Very good walking and cycling on tourist paths around terraces. Could see the well maintained water irrigation systems in action.
Walked up the hill round the corner from the rice terraces to the temple at the top of the villages and then found the trekking path and trekked through the forest to the top of Mount Batakaru that is Bali's second highest mountain.
Area is therefore very good for rice terrace views and mountain trekking.
My room was just in front of rice field with excellent views, clean and with good facilities. Bed was comfortable, staffs were very friendly.
I came at right season of ripping time of all the tropical fruit. I took the advice of the owner, took a walk with guide, anywhere I went, there were fruits hang on trees, fantastic!
Weather was very good, 20-27 degrees, nicest weather in Bali, need a sweater at night.
Hint: Find a moment to stay outside in the evening, otherwise you will miss the sky with full of stars, and shooting stars.
This is a lovely and quaint guest cottage in the middle of the stunning and serene Jatiluwih region, about 20 minutes drive from the famous rice field terrace and the hot springs. The owner, Putu, walked many extra miles to make us feel welcome and comfortable, arranged a trip around and a walk in the rice fields. A stay in Jatiluwih is an absolute must when in Bali if you would like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and the beaches and Kubu D'Ume is a perfect spot: warm, welcoming and remote.
Please don't look for another place to stay! The lodges are in a beautiful natural place, near the scenic but not crowded Subak Piak Ricefields, and also near Batukaru temple (you can go to both by foot). The breakfast and dinner were delicious (thanks for the lak lak and dadar!). Dewi and her husband are adorable, they will take care of you (but without being intrusive), and they can organise activities like Trek, cooking class... Thank you so much!
It was a cozy place nested in the middle of nature, Ibu Nyoman was so accommodating, they prepared a bed for our driver which not so many places do in Bali, we helped her in cooking, we prepared a very comfy family dinner together, set up the table, in the morning the place was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the toilets were open to the sky and natural, loved everything, above all the cute kitten kept us entertained all night and day.
This is a very artistic house, with amazing views of the near-by volcanic mountains.
It's a quiet place so bring a book for the sun lounger. The staff prepared an unexpected array of traditional.dishes for dinner which we ate by candle light. They even lit an open fire in the evening. Breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed their own home grown tea and were given a gift of tea when we left. Very nice people.
The hotel is very close to the rice terraces of Jatiluwih although it’s super quiet and the view from the rooms is just beautiful. The staff was really nice and helpful, we were the only ones staying that night and they cooked a delicious Indonesian meal for us. The continental breakfast was also very good! The room was big and clean, with TV, fan and a large bathroom with hot water. The bed was really comfy.
Where to start, we were amazed by the place so beautiful and peaceful, the room is really nice and comfortable. I really recommend the food which is delicious, probably the best we had in our 1month trip in Indonesia. The owner makes you feel like home. We were able to walk through their ricefields which was really nice. They even brought us to some attractions and to our next hotel.
Very cool garden located a bit far from everything - you definitely need a scooter. It was very cold compared to ubud, bring some warmer clothes :)
We just stayed just one night on our way to north Bali.
Jatiluwih rice terraces are about 20 min. away.
Room was spacious and there was a living room area, which is shared with one other room.
So many things to mention, stunning garden and space, very quiet location with reserved local authentic. Walking distance (ideally with scooter) to jungles, plantations, beautiful rice fields, Jatiluwih…Food in the hotel also very tasty with organic and vegan options.
The tiny house is lovely and the view is awesome. The host offers great tours and knows everything about the plants and how to use them. His wife prepares a delicious balinesian breakfast. For dinner you should definitely visit his uncle😋
- Extraordinary location: it is IN a rice terrace and very close to Jatiluwih Rice Terrace.
- Amazing food
- Provides motorbike for guests
- Puttu and Nina are very friendly and take extra care
- Beautiful sunrise
This is a really beautiful place to relax and unwind, Dewi is a lovely host and all of her staff are so kind and friendly. A perfect escape in the rice fields of Bali. Wonderful home cooked meals.
This hotel was located right across the street from the rice terraces. I had a room on the 2nd floor and the view was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice.
The hotel is directly in front of rice terraces and really near to rice terraces entrance. The staff was kind.
It's a perfect solution for visiting Jatiluwih rice terraces.
The location was perfect... Just a short 4 min ride to Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. The view of the surrounding rice terraces from the second floor balcony was awesome 😎
great location in the middle of rice plantations, very efficient and kind team, good food, good tips … a wonderful memory from Bali’s heart. we recommend.
