So calm as it is like our own village back in Malaysia! Near to Pantai Kelayang where people go for island hopping! Not many mart or market for shopping but if you come to stay, relax and unwind from the hustle bustle of the city, the place is just nice!AAnonymousMalaysia - 10Scored 10

Beautiful beaches, great seafood restaurants around Tanjung Tinggi and Tanjung Kelayang beaches. Visited - Batu Bedil (black granite rocks, mangrove forests and a secluded beach) - Tanjung Tinggi (famous for huge rocks and being the setting for movie Laskar Pelangi) - Island hopping (Pulau Lengkuas, Pilau Batu Garuda, Pulau Kepayang) - Telok Limau Beach (fishing boats, very quiet) - Pulau Bebilai (lovely stretch of sandy beach, secluded too) - Tanjung Binga (fishing village) - Bukit Perahu (resort and restaurant with yummy pisang goreng)

A bit far from the city center, around 45 minutes ride/...
A bit far from the city center, around 45 minutes ride/ drive but it it still worth it to come and explore beaches here, the access to hoping island can also do from the nearest beach, Tanjung Tinggi. The hospitality of local people pretty impressive but need to improve choices of restaurants and rental motorcycle.
