My girlfriend and I stayed here for a last-minute accommodation and we are glad we did. It was very late when we ended up getting there, but Valarie made us feel at home right from the start. She even went and made tea for us, which was extremely welcomed after all the travel that day. Our room (#1) had a beautiful view of the river and surrounding hills. When we were up in the morning, we each had a full Irish breakfast that was very well made (also cereal and other options). Checkout was quick and painless (since we paid online) which gave us time to shower and chat with Valarie before leaving. We fulling intend to comeback the next time we are in Ireland and I'm going fishing.

Staff were lovely, food amazing 👏room was lovely Toilet flooded twice during tge night, I lifted the toilet back to manual flush otherwise tge place would have been destroyed. I told staff when checking out and put towels down incase it happened again without someone noticing. Apart from that our stay was lovely.

It's a very comfortable place to stay. It's impeccably clean, nicely decorated, quiet atmosphere, private bathroom, tv in living room and bedroom. It also provides kitchen privileges, though I didn't use them. It's in the square in Fermoy, so you have access to everything. People in Fermoy are very friendly and helpful.

This house was charming and well-maintained. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also had some necessities like shampoo and tea. Breakfast was delicious, with several options to suit each person. The woman who hosted our breakfast was very accommodating of our kids and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast.
