Upon walking in the place had an "Olde Worlde" feel which I tend to like - lots of pics on the wall from the hotel in days gone by, and generally an air of 70's charm. However, as we walked to our room there were child's drawings blu-tacked to the wall, and there was a child kicking a football in the hallway. It became clear that we were staying in a direct-provision center. The trip went downhill from there.

Location couldn't have been better. The housekeeping staff were very responsive and helpful on more than one occasion. The dedicated parking lot was great to have. Counter space around the sink was good.
