The hotel was very nice and our room was comfortable and clean. The location was gorgeous. Breakfast was included and had a large number of choices to suit all tastes. Malahide is a lovely town and very easy to walk around. If you wish to travel further, there are trains and busses to Dublin and other nearby towns.

We arrived at 8:30pm to the hotel.
We arrived at 8:30pm to the hotel. Went downstairs for dinner and it was 9:03 - The restaurant in the hotel was closed and would not serve us. The receptionist told us the village of Donabate had some Take Away places - so we hopped in the car and drove in - 5 minutes. We found a great Italian Place and had a nice meal. Luckily they were open. Same parking lot as the Supervalu - We also shopped there. Nice, very cute little village.KathyUnited States of America

We walked along the beach at night and along the cliff walk , and watched seals playing in the sea. The outside terrace area was an excellent place to have a coffee and watch the sea. Great location. The lady at the bar who served us was lovely , really friendly and joked away. Breakfast was excellent and our waitress was adorable , so friendly .

The food was good, although the menu is a bit limited, particularly for lunch, but would recommend checking out the 'toastie van' on the terrace if it's open when you stay there.
