Gorgeous old manor house. The staff is lovely and accommodating. The chef is fantastic- the food excellent. The views are of the lakes with swans and other wildlife in abundance. Definitely an old world charm vibe - felt like we were visiting friends who live in the country.

This is my second stay at the Ryan Hotel, and each time has been great! I love the location of the hotel because it’s right in the heart of Cong. The staff is always the highlight for me. They are truly exceptional and friendly! I always felt like I was treated so well and enjoyed the helpful information they would give on places to visit. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean at this hotel.

All about the property was just perfect. The house was clean and Christmas decorations were everywhere. Our host was amazingly nice and friendly. Room was cosy and breakfast was just delicious.
Maam Cross beautiful spot , 40 mins frm galway city. 20 mins to Clifden the capital of Connemara . 20 mins drive to catch the ferry at Rossaveal to any of the 3 Aran Islands . There is a lovely playground for kids in Maam 7km away n Clonbur a little village further on frm Maam has a bigger playground .
