The LB is a great spot to meet up with family and friends. The service is excellent and the owner is always visible checking up and greeting guests. We have been visiting since 1988 and it never fails us .

Great location. Lots of space. Three bathrooms in the house. Comfy beds. Everyone we met was really friendly, especially the folks at Johnny D’s pub across the street. Bagenalstown is a beautiful spot along a river. It’s definitely worth the drive (a little over an hour south) from Dublin. It’s an easy drive to many of the places we wanted to see like Kilkenny, Waterford, and Cork. Price was fair (Appropriate to the condition of the house).

Checked in at Matty’s. The owner was polite and showed us to our room and where to find the key. The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed.
Lovely house, in a lovely country setting. Lovely welcoming hosts that could not do enough for us. The area of Milford has beautiful river walks and great history. Breakfast was fantastic in a lovely dining room. Highly recommended.
