The hotel was situated in a lovely location over looking the harbour and bay. Our room was large with a double bed and two singles. Plenty of room to spread out. A short walk up the high street there was restaurants and pubs. Access to the harbour was just a short walk away.
The food at the hotel was good.

The BnB was beautiful and overlooked the inlet. The rooms were very comfortable and anything we needed was provided. The breakfast was fantastic. Heidi and her family are extremely good hosts. We would definitely recommend.

Quirky large studio in the ancient long house construction. Very well appointed for bit of self catering and the bed is very cosy and supportive . Slept well and able to stream easily on the,secure wifi. Thank you so much, Stephanie and to Shane who showed us everything.

Firstly the town's name is SCHULL not SKULL!!
Charity shops were a great source of 2nd hand books.
The restaurant L'Escale served delicious fresh fish and chips.
The variety of shops would suit all pockets!
Stunning walks all around the area.
