A gem in the centre of the vibrant town of Listowel. The room and the hotel facilities were are a modernized version of a traditional grand hotel. The building had a sense of history, situated on the town square and backing on to the River Feale, close to the river path and Greenway.

Marian, the host, gave us a warm welcome and gave very interesting background on the history/culture of the area. Peaceful, private room with beautiful views of the garden and beyond. Loved the large walk-in shower. The house is up a long drive lined with chestnut trees, so it’s wonderfully quiet. A comfortable bed with a top sheet! First time we’ve had a top sheet provided in addition to the comforter. Easy to park and get into our private room.
Room was not clean, nearly unhygienic. The kettle in the room was filthy. Don't not Book here. There was some other person clothes in wardrobe. Paint on walls was dirty and had dead flies mushed into it. There was black mold around the bathroom. Don not book this place. Do not stay here.
