Asked in advance for a quiet room but this was forgotten so we had to have a room opposite a large Tesco and above music bars!
Room was full of other customers personal possessions after given key !
The offer to change room was declined the second day as nothing available!
TV in room was on a wall that you couldn’t see from the bed! No response when raised !
Not the standard expected of an executive room and response on issues raised
When spending almost £900 it was poor value .
